This detail page shows several photos of the book to show what a first edition looks like.  The images are original photos taken of my personal copy of the first edition book. 

Three Aces: A Nero Wolfe Omnibus (1971):

• The dustjacket has some unique features:
• The front flap has the price ($8.95) at the top and "0471" near the bottom. 
• The back flap has four lines of printing (publisher address and information) right above where it says "Printed in USA".
• The back cover has "The Viking Press Publishers" and "SBN 670-70622-1" right above the cards. 
• The title and copyright pages are NOT different between the two editions.
• The first edition book cover is green with black lettering, very similar to the book club edition.
